Trade Practices Act 1974
The Trade Practices Act 1974 covers anti-competitive and
unfair market practices, mergers or acquisitions of companies,

Provides up-to-date information on Australian product
recalls, information for businesses on how to conduct a safety
related product recall and links to other Australian and
